Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We offer end-to-end solutions for refiners through our supply chain management services and the purchase, transportation, import/export, storage, classification, blending, packaging, sale and disposal of equilibrium catalyst. We are pleased to announce that we are expanding our Operations team by adding a new full-time position of Maintenance to better meet the needs of our increasing customer base and support our service delivery through day to day management of logistics at the facility.

As Maintenance, you will have a unique opportunity to join a focused, dynamic group with aggressive growth plans in the equilibrium catalyst industry. This is an important position in the company headquarters by providing maintenance in all areas of the facility.

Essential Functions and Duties:

· Silos' operations and maintenance

· Maintenance of gear boxes, rotary feedings

· Welding as needed

· Some light electrical work

· Report all safety concerns or potential violations

· Will perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or plant manager

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 7:oo a.m. to 5 p.m. Hours may vary slightly based on company needs. This position may require some evening and weekend work as needed.

Required Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent experience

· Electrician or journeyman certification

· Welding certification

Physical Demands and Requirements:

This position is considered heavy work requiring Exertion of up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. This position requires up to 50 pounds of lifting.

This position requires having close visual acuity to perform activities such as visual inspection, and/or operation of machines (including inspection).

This position is subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level.

This position is subject to some environmental conditions such as weather including cold and hot temperatures and all weather-related events as job duties and activities may occur inside and outside the office.

This position is subject to some hazards including a variety of physical conditions such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, and exposure to catalyst and/or catalyst dust.
