Industrial Maintenance Technician

Fischbach USA, a premier manufacturer of high-quality, plastic cartridge packaging and accessories, is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join their team at their Farmers Branch, TX location.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain all facets of injection molding and print production machines.
• Must have 2-7 years' experience in manufacturing.
• Responsible for the diagnosis, maintenance, modification, repair and/or rebuild of a variety of plant and facility equipment.
• Repair equipment during mechanical breakdowns or assist other staff in repairs.
• Assist production personnel in change-over and set-ups.
• Dismantle defective machines and equipment to gain access to problem areas or to install new or repaired parts.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical equipment problems.
• Conform to standards of Industrial Safety.
• Perform PM's and trouble shoot all production equipment proficiently as related to molding, printing, part conveyance and packaging.
• Assist production associates in meeting production and quality goals.
• Follow all relevant work instructions, adhere to company policies including safety and health policies.
• Complete other job requirements as directed by maintenance supervisor.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area.
• Preferred Skills: Fabrication competency is a prime consideration, using (mill, lathe, sheet metal tools, light welding)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.00 - $36.50 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
