MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and target new paths to market with OEM accounts for magdrive and high head / low flow pump applications.
- Implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets in the Americas region.
- Develop a clear understanding and make recommendations for both direct and in-direct go to market strategy.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with potential customers.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and sales contracts that meet customer needs and objectives.
Voice of the customer - be a champion for the voice of the customer working closely with the Industrial Market Manager and Product Line Manager to ensure alignment, handing off key strategic initiatives for development.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Experienced sales history with centrifugal, positive displacement, or pitot-tube pumps in high pressure applications.
- Possess entrepreneurial spirit - treat the position as an opportunity to build a business within Sundyne
- Creative and innovative with business and financial acumen and analytical skills
- Works well within a collaborative, multi-team environment.
- Results oriented and works with a sense of urgency.
- Flexible and able to work with ambiguity while open to constructive feedback and ideas of others.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences.
- Cultural knowledge and sensitivity.
- Ability to travel up to 50-70% throughout North America.
DESIRED CREDENTIALS
- BS in an Engineering discipline
- Minimum 7-10 years' professional sales experience
- 3-5 years experience OEM sales with high pressure pump applications

Compensation Details
Annual Salary: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00
Additional Compensation
The Salary offered will be determined based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, and will be compared with internal equity along with market data for this position. This position may be eligible to participate in the Company's Sales Incentive Plan with a target of up to 30% of base salary, subject to the terms and conditions of the plan. Payment is based on individual performance against established sales targets. This position may also be eligible to receive a Relocation bonus, payable as a taxable lump sum, in accordance with the Sundyne Relocation Policy.
