Thyim Inc. is a new revolutionary Gig Marketplace Tech Company. Thyim Inc. is innovative, inclusive and rewarding. Our goal is to assist those in need of help with everyday simple services (Indoor, outdoor and roadside), receive assistance from everyday people in 15 minutes of less, using our new ground breaking mobile application.
If you have worked for or you are currently working with any of the other gig marketplace companies (i.e. driving, shopping or delivering), we encourage you to apply for this position.
Responsibilities:
-Select service requests from customers via THYIM mobile application for Helpers, that you're fully capable of performing
-Customers will request services via the THYIM mobile app and Helpers will choose from a list of services via the mobile application and assist customers wherever they’re located nearby
-You will go to customers on the road, inside and outside their homes based on what service they request
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions on the road, inside or outside their homes
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to ensure customer satisfaction on the road, inside or outside their homes
- Demonstrate excellent etiquette while interacting with customers on the road, inside or outside their homes
-Ability to effectively communicate with customers on the road, inside or outside their homes
- No experience necessary
