Role Responsibilities:
- Contact new and existing clients to understand their needs, budget, and goals.
- Utilize internal software to find the best-fit solutions across multiple carriers, explaining product capabilities clearly.
- Connect with clients in a warm and personable manner via virtual platforms to present solutions and guide them through the application process.
- Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information and ensure written applications are fully approved.
- Track sales activities, appointments, and submissions to meet and exceed targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience or a keen ability for communication.
- Current state life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the insurance or financial solutions industry is desired but not required.
- Reliable hardware/software for remote work.
- Hunger for self-development and strong time management skills.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Compensation & Benefits:
- Commission starting at 80% with performance-based increases up to 130%.
