Job Description: Inbound Marketing Specialist - Hybrid
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Inbound Marketing Specialist-Hybrid to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Inbound Marketing techniques and strategies, combined with expertise in digital advertising and SEO. This role requires a versatile individual who can manage both the strategic planning and execution of Inbound Marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement Inbound Marketing strategies to attract, convert, and nurture leads through various channels such as search engine optimization, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
2. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and opportunities for lead generation and conversion.
3. Collaborate with content writers and designers to create engaging and informative content that aligns with the buyer's journey.
4. Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine visibility and conversion rates.
5. Perform keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
6. Manage and monitor social media channels, engaging with followers and driving brand awareness and engagement.
7. Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
8. Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of Inbound Marketing efforts and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Inbound Marketing, digital advertising, and SEO.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and marketing operations, to align Inbound Marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in Inbound Marketing, digital advertising, and SEO, preferably with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
3. Proficient in using marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
4. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or SEMrush.
5. Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with copywriting and content creation experience.
7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make data-driven decisions.
8. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
9. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web optimization techniques is a plus.
10. HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Google Ads, or SEO certifications are highly desirable.
