Spray Technician & Property Maintenance Account Manager

Roanoke Landscapes is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a full-time Account Manager within our Maintenance Division. As an integral part of our team, you will assume primary responsibility for overseeing and ensuring the execution of our annual 6-round lawn treatment program (you will be responsible for applying the chemical applications. This position is primarily outside every season. Must be able to spend most of the day walking and lifting. Must get their Spray Technician License to Apply Chemical Treatments to Lawns). This pivotal role will involve leading and managing our landscape maintenance crews, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to both residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Annual 6-Round Lawn Treatment Program: You will be entrusted with the critical task of managing and executing our comprehensive lawn treatment program, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficacy.
• License Acquisition: While prior Spray Technician licensing is not mandatory for employment, the candidate must demonstrate the capability and willingness to obtain necessary licenses upon hiring.
• Supervise Landscape Accounts: Directly oversee and coordinate the activities of landscape technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of assigned tasks, including turf and bed maintenance, weed control, pruning, mulching, and leaf removal.
• Sales: Identify opportunities to sell Property Maintenance Plans small landscape enhancements, such as annual flowers or tree and shrub replacements/additions, to existing clients. Demonstrate an understanding of client needs and preferences to effectively promote additional services.
• Operate Company Vehicles: Utilize company-provided vehicles to travel to various job sites and oversee maintenance operations. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Education and Training: Take advantage of our company-sponsored education and training opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise in landscape maintenance and Spray Technician practices.
• Effective Communication: Engage in clear and efficient communication with both clients and team members to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional customer service. Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous but not required.

Additional Requirements:

• Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic computer operations and smartphone/tablet usage is preferred. Training and support will be provided as needed.
• Experience in Landscaping: Previous experience in landscaping is a plus and will be considered favorably during the selection process.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Enjoy a competitive semi-monthly salary with the opportunity for negotiation based on experience. $45,000-$55,000 Annually
