We need an experienced Customer Care Rep! We are a leader in the workplace, education, healthcare & hospitality furniture industry!! This candidate will be responsible for learning and understanding the goals/objectives of the company/department. This candidate will also be responsible for exceeding client expectations and ensure service levels are clearly understood.
**We are not looking for call center experience. We would like showroom or face to face service experience only, please.
Duties:
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Very strong computer literacy skills needed
- Handle all calls, emails, incoming mail
- Knowledge and use of electronic catalogue
- Daily order entering and monitoring of orders/process cancelations and returns
- Maintain showroom/inventory checks
- Provide product information and pricing
- Maintain calendar
- Initiate freight claims, truck building, track shipments, schedule factory drops
- Assist customers with ordering and website
- **Knowledge of AS400 a plus
- ***MUST HAVE SHOWROOM TYPE EXPERIENCE
