Bath Wizard® Engineers and Manufactures industry leading baths and showers crafted from the highest quality materials. Our state-of-the-art solutions encompass patent pending custom products, design consultation, logistics, and installation. We have been serving residents nationwide since 2009 when the company was founded. 

 

Bath Wizard® is currently growing again and maintains its entrepreneurial/start-up style environment. We pride ourselves on building our team with leaders who have expert knowledge and understand how to follow and execute our selling system.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

We are seeking sales professionals who are enthusiastic, humble and disciplined about helping customers receive the best possible product and service. To be successful, you will bring a consultative selling approach while possessing the ability to produce a first-class sales presentation.

 

The candidate must have experience selling, we will teach the “how to” with our proven selling system. The candidate must have a proven history building effective long-term relationships with strategic accounts or customers.

 

Knowledge or experience in building materials, construction, home design and/or architecture is preferred but, we will train you on the process. You are the Project Manager of complex projects with a high amount of detail involved.

The successful candidate will execute the direct sales of industry leading custom baths, showers and walk-in tubs to homeowners in home/residential. All our products are custom made in the USA at our facilities and installed by highly skilled Master Craftsmen’s. 


 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow the process.
  • Generate new customers through handling of leads, effective outreach and relationship building.
  • Work from home and have your schedule for the next day by 9pm. We run 10AM, 2PM, or 6PM. 
  • Create and present compelling building material bids which strike an effective balance between consumer value and maximizing internal profit.
  • One call close on scheduled appointments and support customers through the process.
  • Project Manage complex projects, ensuring that homeowners are kept up to date and have what they need.
  • Provide feedback and submit reports on sales, marketplace activity and trends.
  • Effectively work with production department in production, logistics and design to solve problems, meet goals and exceed consumer expectations.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture of support, professionalism and mutual respect which fuels a healthy, enjoyable and effective working environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • The person moving into this role should already have the fundamental skills required, and after a suitable amount of time to learn our business, they will be given the tools to drive success.
  • 3+ Years’ experience calling on and servicing long term accounts or customers.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-phase projects, both commercial and residential, with a high amount of detail involved is required.
  • Experience collaborating with builders, designers and homeowners in their place of business.
  • Proven history building long-term relationships with customers and/or accounts.
  • Proven sales experience meeting or exceeding targets.
  • In home sales experience from other industries.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and maintain high personal standards.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Must demonstrate an energetic, positive, and helpful demeanor.
  • Unwavering commitment to ethical behavior with Extreme Ownership.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • High-end building materials experience a major plus.
  • Fundamental understanding of sales-related financial metrics.
  • Relationship management and communication skills.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to close a deal.
  • Familiarity with blueprints, architectural drawings and/or design.
  • Able to learn a selling system.
  • Customer service ability and experience.
  • Openness to change, leaning into new ideas with a positive mindset of creating the future.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.

LOCATION

 

This is a hybrid role where successful candidates will have the flexibility to work from home and travel directly to customers homes.  In addition there are 2 mandatory weekly zoom meetings and 2 in person monthly sales meetings.

 

COMPENSATION

 

Compensation is a combination of a comfortable base plus commission. Achieving minimum required sales levels results in total compensation over $125K. There is no cap on commission, so earning potential is unlimited.

What You’ll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Run up to 3 pre-scheduled, in-home appointments each day within your radius between the hours of 9 am-6 pm Mon-Fri, and 9 am-2 pm on Saturdays
  • Attend weekly team meetings and individual & group training workshops
  • Lead your clients through an interactive and highly personalized one-call close sales process

Absolutely NO cold-calling or lead generation is required. All leads are warm & pre-confirmed. We want you to be able to focus on doing what you do best – selling!
