SalaryWe are seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and CNA's to work within our clients' homes providing support with daily living activities and personal care. Our caregivers work closely with patients and are responsible for basic care services such as:
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Meal prep/Feeding
- Ambulation/Transferring
- Incontinence Care/ Toileting
- Light Housekeeping
- Medication reminder
- Companionship
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a SLED background check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation every day
- Eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
- Ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (preferred)
- Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
- Take pride in providing high-quality care
Caregivers ensures our clients receive essential social and emotional support and provide vital information on client conditions to our care managers. A good candidate will ideally possess the following skills:
