Responsibilities:
- Review applicant qualifications and select candidates to move forward
- Guide and encourage candidates through the hiring process
- Ensure new hire documentation is received and complete
- Assist with HR functions such as orientation and onboarding activities
- Help with caregiver scheduling to ensure client care plans are fulfilled
- On a rotating basis, be on-call to handle caregiver and client needs outside business hours
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- A “people-person” who’s able to remain pleasant and considerate under stress
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Willingness to learn quickly and continually
- Prior experience in a fast-paced administrative role preferred but not required
- Prior experience as an in-Home Caregiver is a plus
Pay:
- $17.00-$19.00 depending on experience and other factors
