1. Eastover, 29044: Every Saturday & Sunday (8:00am-11:00am), Every Saturday and Sunday (5:00pm-8:00pm)
2. Hopkins, 29209: Tuesday and Thursday (5p-7p)
Apply now and receive an immediate response from us by phone, in which we will conduct a phone interview with you. If we both want to move forward, a day and time will be scheduled with you to come into the office to continue with an in-person interview and answer any last questions you may have. Onboarding will begin the same day, and you will be given an order for a drug screen and TB test. If you have your own TB test done within a year, you will not have to have another TB test placed. If this procedure is followed, you could be working with a Client in as soon as 3 days!

Responsibilities
- Provide health care services in patients' residences
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Transport and accompany patients to the doctor's office or to the hospital
- Assist with clients' personal care activities
- Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition
- Maintain patient's care records and document provided services
- Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
- Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise
- Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the Medical field
- No felonies on SLED background check
- Clean Drug Screening
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Be able to operate app(s) on phone to clock in/out
