2nd shift current working hours Monday – Thursday 4:30 pm – 2:00 am.

2 years' Experience Required - Salary range: $21.00/hour-$22.00/hour;

. We are searching for an individual with experience in operating a Water Jet Operator.

Who you are:

· The successful Water Jet Operator will prepare production equipment for operation by making equipment setup adjustments, assisting with equipment changeovers.

A Day in the Life:

· Maintains machine operation by solving production process problems; reporting production and quality data; reporting decisions made; referring questions to the supervisor.

· Ensures operation of equipment by following preventive maintenance policies and procedures; reporting needed changes and repairs as needed.

· The Water Jet Operator must have ability to read orders, blueprints, and mill schedules to determine setup specifications, work sequences, product dimensions, and installation procedures.

· The ability to ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards is critical.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Water JetExperience Required.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
• Responsiveness and adaptability to changes in the work environment.
• Solid math skills and knowledge of sophisticated measuring and testing equipment.
• Must understand pneumatic and hydraulic systems as they relate to fixtures and machines.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education preferred.

· Manufacturing environment experience preferred.

· Requires lifting to 50 lbs., sitting for extended periods, standing for extended periods of time, reading, and walking.

Ability to work with multiple priorities.

All candidates must be able to pass drug test, pre-employment physical, and possible background investigation.

Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt, hourly. Salary range: $21.00/hour - $22.00/hour based on experience, skill level, and certifications.
