Personal In-Home Caregiver

Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home care and support to individuals in need
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Perform heavy lifting as required to assist with mobility and transfers
- Respect and uphold resident rights, privacy, and dignity at all times
- Provide specialized care for individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Drive clients to appointments, activities, or errands
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor

Skills:
- Strong social work skills and ability to connect with individuals of all ages
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a variety of situations
