In Home Caregiver

```Job Summary:```
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

```Responsibilities:```
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up and laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Engage in conversation and provide companionship to clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior

```Experience:```
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and practices
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions from supervisors
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism
