In Home Caregiver

Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Duties:
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and report changes in client's condition or behavior
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients

Requirements:
- Previous experience in senior care or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques is a plus
- Ability to provide patient and compassionate care
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs) for clients
- Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of clients
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client transportation if required
