CNA/ Caregiver Trainer

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at In Home Personal Services. You will provide essential support and training to our Caregiver team to help them assist patients with their activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

- Training new caregivers with Dementia/ Alzheimer's training.
- Training caregivers with how to support clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, cleaning, and cooking
- Teaching caregivers how to report any changes or abnormalities to their direct supervisors
- Teaching caregivers how to maintain accurate documentation and record patient information
- Provide care for seniors in a compassionate and respectful manner

Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Bilingual Speaking fluently in both English and Spanish
- Experience working with the elderly in a healthcare setting
- Strong caregiving skills and ability to provide emotional support to patients
- Proficiency in training and a genuine desire to care for the elderly
- Familiarity with documentation practices and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to provide senior care with empathy and respect
