Job Title: IMS/IDMS System Support

Job Description:
- Installation, upgrade and maintenance of IMS DB/DC and related products
- Sound knowledge in SMPE
- Familiarity with problem determination, security and performance tuning.
- Usage of IMS performance reports/metrics to analyse improvements.
- Good experience with software maintenance.
Essential Knowledge :
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting
- Vendor coordination & ticket coordination
- Business knowledge, Application team coordination
Desirable :
- Experience in supporting PROD environments.
