Customer service in our import department
Responsible for Import Customer Service, import consolidations, customer rate quotations, traffic, bookings, tracking and tracing, communications with overseas agents.
Knowledge of U.S. customs and import procedures, familiarity with oversize and project freight, ocean freight, airfreight, domestic transportation are required. A second language especially Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus. Requires experience with a customs broker, freight forwarder, NVOCC or Steamship line.
