Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Specialist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating seamless Ocean Import shipments to the United States.
• Handling incoming shipment requests from Shippers and processing them efficiently.
• Monitoring and tracking shipment progress, ensuring timely updates to all stakeholders.
• Serving as a professional liaison with Shippers, fostering positive and effective communication.
• Conducting logistical analysis and formulating strategic route plans.
• Identifying and resolving potential issues with adept logistical solutions and unwavering support.
