ECI is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, high-energy, hands-on professional to join our Implementation Services team to drive project implementations for our Residential Home Construction (RHC) products. Insearch is a full service, digital sales and marketing technology product dedicated to providing immersive, transparent, interactive customer experiences to lessees and home buyers. Our IDApro.cloud Single-Family and Multi-family Applications provide sales center, website, and design center solutions for browsing prospects to gather detailed information on builders and developers upcoming communities and projects.
The Implementation Specialistwill be responsible for strategies to support software implementation and adoption for the Insearch customer base & software applications. Also, responsible for driving our software applications through graphics, working closely with our customers to achieve a successful implementation. Knowledge of single-family homes architecture and the use of the Adobe Software suite is a huge plus!
Responsibilities:

• Configure and setup Insearch based on customer requirements
• Understand all the capabilities of Insearch and be able to demonstrate functionalities within the system, as requested
• Assist in mapping the requirements of the customer to the capabilities of Insearch
• Knowledge of web applications to show/work with clients to help train and manage their interactive software
• Create 3d models and rendering using 3ds Max
• Manage and create graphics through Adobe Suite for our interactive applications, videos, brochures and print marketing material, logos, etc.
• Mentor customers on use of Insearch in their business operations and suggest ways on how to leverage it more effectively
• Deliver implementation training to customers, tailored to their business operations
• Work closely with developers and other departments to ensure art assets are fully optimized for target platforms while minimizing any impact on artistic integrity of assets

Knowledge, Skills, Ability, Education & Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer required
• 3-5 years of SaaS implementation experience required
• 3ds Max and V-Ray knowledge
• Single-family homes architecture knowledge
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD is a plus
• Understanding of new home construction, home building industry is a plus
• Proficient in Office 365, SharePoint, Salesforce, MS Teams
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills are required
• Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and motivation
• Creative nature with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to negotiate and influence business decisions and directions
• Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, changing environment that is experiencing high growth
