Design & Product Quality Assistant

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent individual to join our team as a Design and Product Quality Assistant. This entry-level role is crucial for maintaining the high standards of our intimate apparel products through hands-on tasks requiring attention to to detail, manual skills, and a keen eye.

Key Responsibilities:

-Mood Board creation: Collaborate with the design team to assemble visually compelling Design Boards and materials for presentations, including mood, color, fabric, and trim boards, as well as catalogs.

- Computer Assisted Design and Sketching: Utilize Adobe Illustrator to create computer-assisted sketches, contributing to the development of our design concepts.

- Support product photography retouching using Adobe Photoshop, ensuring high-quality visuals for marketing and promotional materials.

- Product Sample Organization and Archiving: Maintain organized records of styles, research materials, reference garments, trims, and other design-related resources.

- Fit Sample Photography: Capture high-quality photographs of fit samples for presentation boards and reference.

- Product Sorting and Repacking: Carefully sort through our intimate apparel products, ensuring they are organized and well-presented. Repack products delicately to maintain their quality.

- Hand Crafting, and Product Enhancement: Utilize your skills in craftsmanship to perform necessary retouches and hand crafting, using a variety of art materials. Ensure each product meets our high standards for quality, visual appeal, and design specifications through meticulous inspections.

- Product Inspection: Examine products for any imperfections, focusing on thread trimming and material color consistency. Perform necessary retouches with precision.

- Handling of Delicate Products: Engage in various manual tasks that require a gentle touch and attention to detail, handling light and delicate materials with care.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Keen attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
• Ability to handle delicate products with care.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience handling art mediums.
