About the position
This person will be a key element in the implementation and onboarding of our clients. A successful Project Manager has excellent communication skill both externally and internally with others on the projects. The Project Manager of Cloud Implementations will be instrumental in balancing the needs of clients with availability of Caret resources and managing hours available. Cloud Implementation Project managers are responsible for managing complex Cloud Migration projects where clients are migrating to our flagship cloud compute platform Abacus Private Cloud.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
· 5+ years of Client Care background, project management or client facing experience troubleshooting product issues, business requirements, and reporting issues via phone/e-mail
· 3+ Years managing technical projects, preferably in Cloud Technologies
· Requires professionalism and the ability to work in a remote and independent environment
· Experience in managing a portfolio of clients/projects
· Experience with CRM systems such as NetSuite or SalesForce
· Experience with Microsoft Office products and project management tools, such as FinancialForce
· Client-facing experience in an enterprise software or cloud business
Responsibilities:
· Work with clients to define requirements, conduct needs analysis, determine project specifications, identify solutions, and implement recommendations.
· Serves as liaison and escalation point between company and client.
· Maintain notes & communication channels regarding project progress with clients & internal resources.
· Conveys customer feedback to product development staff.
· Possesses thorough knowledge of company's products used by customers.
· Resolves clients' questions or problems over the telephone or Internet in the areas of system configurations/setup, product functionality, and bugs/enhancements.
· Manage client escalations independently.
· Engage the appropriate internal skills/resources to complete client projects.
· Promotes and maintains a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among users.
· Manages complex projects or multiple projects of moderate complexity.
· Leverages knowledge and prior experience to develop appropriate solutions.
· Matches appropriate methods to identified client needs.
· Demonstrates knowledge of the risk management process.
· Participates in the application of the risk management process.
· Requires complex planning to coordinate with other departments or resources.
· Ensures lessons learned applied to future efforts.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements.
Pay range: $70,000 - $80,000. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operations business needs.
Depending on the position, compensation may also include commission, bonuses, etc. Potential for bonuses is based on company performance and potential for merit increases is based on performance.
