The Implementation Manager will work closely with the Program Manager, Compliance Manager, Operations, and other key stakeholders to lead the design and testing new programs.
The Implementation Manager provides organizational expertise, using technical, financial, and project management expertise, to assist business units in evaluating new systems, tools, and applications to assist them in meeting Hatch Bank’s overall business goals and objectives. This role will work with individual functions to lead the RFP process with vendors, including preparing business case summaries, project scope documents, and managing project plans and notes for the implementation of new technology and system upgrades. Additionally, the Implementation Manager will lead the onboarding of new brand partners.

- Lead new partners and service providers through the Bank’s onboarding process to configure systems, integrate platforms, evaluate policies, and test new tools, products, and features.
- Provide technical and organizational support to the various business units on evaluating the best uses of technology to aid in meeting business goals, through vendor selection and system implementation.
- In coordination with the functional Project Sponsor, manage all aspects of project planning and execution, including but not limited to: :
- Design of projects and project plans, including supporting the business case for project approval.
- Coordination, planning, programming, testing and management to ensure project activities are executed in accordance with established requirements, budgets and schedules to achieve project completion on time and within budget
- Document or coordinate the documentation of processes, workflow and or Disaster Recovery details related to various systems and integration points.
- Responsible for coordinating and in some cases, performing testing and ensures that: all interface points are tested; conflicts are analyzed, documented, and escalated to the vendor to be appropriately resolved; testing confirms compliance with performance and security requirements; and, regression testing plans are followed at each stage of integration
- Ensure that appropriate project documentation is maintained and updated
- Quality assurance and post-implementation testing and validation
- Primary responsibility to act as the liaison between the Bank and various technology vendors:
- Coordinate the overall administration of the outsourced relationships.
- Provide support to all areas of the Bank in the analysis of new products, systems or solutions that interact with the Bank’s core processing and other dependent distributed systems and monitor for ongoing and consistent utilization of applications.
- Create cost justification and ROI models highlighting opportunities or return on investment expected.
- Track and report on performance standards related to contracts, including up time, vendor response to system outages and defects and general responsiveness of the vendor to the Bank’s needs.
While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is regularly required to operate a computer terminal with repetitive motion. Physical requirements of this position are considered sedentary work involving preparing documentation, preparing, and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, and resolving inquiries. Some amount of mobility to access files, attend meetings, both on and off site, and perform property inspections is necessary. The employee is expected to converse with internal and external customers and exchange information.

- Knowledge in and experience with fintech products and services, or experience in BaaS or SaaS, a plus
Pay Range: $85,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year. Pay range may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
