Responsibilities:
- Assist attorney in preparing and filing immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents for E-2, L-1, 0-1, EB-1a, EB-2/3, NIW, and/or EB-5 and other business related cases
- Proven experience (at least three years) of preparing letters and supporting documentation for 0-1, EB-1a and/or NIW cases
- Draft documents to be reviewed by attorney
- Maintain case files and document management systems
- Prepare and organize immigration forms and supporting documentation
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case status
- Coordinate with government agencies and other parties involved in the immigration process
- Schedule appointments, hearings, and interviews for clients
- Proofread and edit drafts by other team
- Coordinate with government agencies and other parties involved in the immigration process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience working as an Immigration Paralegal
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience specifically with E-2, L-1, EB-5, EB-2/3, NIW and EB-1a
- Proficient in legal drafting and proofreading
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong preference for Russian speaking and writing skills
- Strong preference for someone who has prior experience working at USCIS
We offer competitive compensation based on experience. The indicated salary is only a predicted average starting salary, and the actual amount will be based on the experience and abilities of the applicant.
