Immigration Paralegal

Overview:

Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal with 1-2 years of experience in the following:
- Marriage-based green card applications (I-130/I-485)
- Naturalization applications (N-400)
- Removal of Conditions (I-751)
- Consular processing (NVC; DS-160 & DS-260 applications)
- EAD (I-765) and Advance Parole (I-131) applications
- Non-immigrant (I-129) and immigrant (I-140) petitions

Experience:
- At least one (1) year of experience working as an Immigration Paralegal doing family and business immigration cases
- Familiarity with Mac OS environment; Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, XLS); and Dropbox
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures

This is a full-time hybrid remote position. You will primarily work from home (80-90%) and will only go to the office (10-20%) to assemble and finalize applications/petitions for submission to USCIS.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
