Immediate Hiring** Rental Property Inspector - Full Time - Paid Vacation!

**LOOKING TO HIRE IMMEDATELY** The Vacation Rental Property Inspector REQUIRES a Driver's License and a reliable vehicle as this position performs a variety of day-to-day operational tasks around the warehouse and at our properties. Job functions may include delivering stock, preventative maintenance, and other tasks that ensure optimum quality control and efficiency. In this role, employees will work closely with operations, housekeeping, and the linen department.

Tasks:

• Performs property inspections and cleaning tasks as assigned
• Supports operations department and cleaning personnel by delivering miscellaneous items to properties (e.g. linens, mail, maintenance supplies/materials, etc.)
• Assists with inventory tasks (e.g. stocking properties and/or warehouse shelves, making deliveries, placing orders, etc.)
• Performs some day-to-day maintenance as needed (e.g. checking air filters, swapping out propane tanks, taking out the trash, etc.)
• Assists with stocking and organizing inventory when deliveries are made to the warehouse
• Assists linen department as needed
• Assists cleaning department as needed
• Assists other operations personnel with tasks assigned by direct supervisor as needed

Experience & Qualifications:

• Organized and self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong strategic planning & problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working under pressure
• Comfortable with light to medium labor

ONE Open Shift:

• Pre-Arrival Property Inspector: Thursday-Monday, 8am-5pm, $17.50/hour plus $.655/mile

Compensation & Benefits:
