Summary of the Position: Intensive Family Coordinator (IFC) is responsible for case management responsibilities including intakes, safety planning, team meetings, ISP development, 24/7 support, case contacts and case record documentation in keeping with state regulations. The IFC will assist in selecting and supervising advocate staff and provide 24/7 crisis intervention and support. The IFC will work with the clients on their caseload on a one on one basis and will also work with the families as well, on a weekly basis. The IFC will assist the Program director with day-to-day program management responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements: Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience with Community Work and at least one year experience working in human services field.
Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license.
