The Identity & Access Management Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization's identity and access management program within the OneDigital ecosystem. Reporting to the VP of IT Strategy and Governance, this position is accountable for account life cycle management and auditing as appropriate. The Identity & Access Management Analyst is responsible for identifying and mitigating security gaps by conducting periodic audits, risk assessments, and user access reviews.
The Analyst effectively communicates department and organization wide policies and procedures impacting Identity and Access management to end users, leadership, and peers to ensure compliant practices. In addition, the Identity and Access Management Compliance Analyst provides guidance on optimizing security build based on appropriate minimum necessary standards. The Analyst is responsible for the on-going maintenance, testing, support and optimization of Identity Governance and Role Based Access Control (RBAC).
Principle Accountabilities
- Administer user accounts and access privileges in the organization's identity management system.
- Provide user account life cycle management, including creating, provisioning, securing, and inactivation of access.
- Implement user access review controls for critical applications and infrastructure
- Work closely with the IAM team to ensure that the right people can access the right resources.
- Involved in troubleshooting and resolving IAM issues.
- Participate in IAM projects and initiatives.
- Work with internal customers, business analysts, and application teams to understand access requirements.
- Maintain documentation for the IAM program.
- Managing user accounts and permissions in the identity and access management system.
- For systems and software in scope, reconcile discrepancies between access rights as assigned and access rights required for users to perform job duties.
- Ensure all evidence of authorization is appropriately documented and archived according to internal policies and standards
- Granting or denying access to company resources based on user role and privileges.
- Creating and managing user groups in the identity and access management system.
- Generate reports to perform in-depth analysis, audit, and data collection for issues associated with IAM and compliance.
- Assist in efficiency improvements by recommending process changes as well as developing solutions to automate and orchestrate repeatable tasks for IAM.
- Ensure dormant accounts/records are disabled; eliminate access for those who no longer need applicable information.
- Participate in ongoing audits, risk assessments, compliance initiatives, identification of potential risks, and remediation of audit findings.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of identity and access management best practices.
- Documenting IAM processes and standard operating procedures.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in computer science or information systems or a related field
- 3 years of relevant work and software experience: Active Directory, Microsoft O365, ServiceNow, or Identity and Access Management Applications
- Exceptional planning, organization, analytical, multitasking, problem-solving, prioritization, and business analysis skills
- Managing user accounts and permissions in the identity and access management system.
- Demonstrated success administrating Identity Management and Access
- Granting or denying access to company resources based on user role and privileges.
- Creating and managing user groups
- Enforcing company policies and procedures related to identity and access management.
- Identifying and addressing identity and access management issues.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of identity and access management best practices.
- Documenting IAM processes and standard operating procedures.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location.
