Mott MacDonald (MM) is an international engineering firm that includes a dedicated hydrogeology division based in Seattle. Our hydrogeologists serve a wide range of clients including private industry, attorneys, water purveyors, public utilities, and governmental bodies. Our projects range from hydrogeologic characterization to remedial investigations/feasibility studies to water resource management. We also work with stormwater, reclaimed water, and aquifer recharge.
You will work on a diverse range of projects, assisting the team with borehole drilling observation; aquifer test supervision and analysis; compliance and investigative groundwater and soil sampling; groundwater and soil quality evaluations; and general data collection, review, analysis, and reporting. We will provide appropriate training and mentorship to assist you in your journey towards professional qualification, and support you in developing your career in the way that best suits your skills and aspirations.

- MSc in hydrogeology, water resources or similar discipline
- 5+ years of experience in hydrogeology
- Experience in investigation, assessment, and implementation of improvements to the groundwater assets water companies
- Groundwater modelling
- Program management and hydrogeologic fieldwork in challenging environments.
