• Provide strategies for navigating different operating platforms and leveraging technology to streamline operations.
• Offer advice on managing expenses and optimizing profitability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to ensure Local Handyman are informed and equipped with the latest knowledge.

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
• In-depth understanding of the gig economy and the challenges faced by Local Handyman.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively mentor and support Local Handyman.
• Ability to adapt to changing industry trends and evolving platform requirements.
• Tech-savviness with experience using gig work apps.
• Excellent knowledge of various handyman tasks and repairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
