Hybrid -Monitoring Associate I (Call Center-Customer Service )

We are looking for new Alarm Monitoring Representatives to join our CMS Longwoodteam!

Criticom Monitoring Services (CMS) provides 24-hour alarm monitoring for residential and commercial customers. When a customer’s alarm system activates, we receive and process the alarm and dispatch the proper authorities if needed.

Requirements:

• HS Diploma/GED
• Customer Service Experience
• Weekends, Holidays & Overtime Flexibility
• Computer Literacy

Pay: Up to $17.49 base pay per hour

Reviewing resumes and scheduling phone interviews for a training start date tentatively November 10th 2023!

Training is currently being held on site in Longwood, FL.

Training Hours : Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm!

Possible work from home opportunities available for those who meet the criteria after successful completion of training.
