Salary: $70,000 - $83,000 per year
Family oriented insurance agency is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team! We're proud of our great culture, provided work/life balance and opportunity to grow!
This is a hybrid position, where you'll be able to work 2-3 days onsite, including every Monday.
This is a role for someone already in the insurance industry, with at least 3 years of experience as a tenured CSR that wants to grow into an Account Manager, as long as you have your active P&C license. Or for a skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager with an active P&C license.
We are ideally looking for a candidate from another independent firm, not a large carrier.
You will need to get your CIC designation and we will help you obtain that.
You'll be taking over an active book of business with mostly habitational accounts including condo/auto repair shops and some franchises.

Job Details
- Obtain insurance quotes, renew policies, and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and enhance client experience.
