Hvac Technician (Hrsm)

With a robust client base in Texas, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HVAC Technician (HRSM). If you're a dedicated professional with a strong background as an HVAC technician, this is your opportunity to join a dynamic company poised for growth.

As the HRSM Technician at ACIS, Inc., you will help maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment on commercial office buildings, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, data centers, and critical cooling facilities.

Technical skills

o Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair split systems including large split systems, built up systems, water source heat pump, and SWUD/SCUD equipment.

o Ability to troubleshoot air flow, air distribution, building pressure, and VAV systems.

o Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair VFDs in various applications.

o Ability to trace out and troubleshoot complex electrical systems.

o Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air cooled scroll chillers.

o Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air cooled and water cooled reciprocating chillers.

o Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air cooled and water cooled screw chillers up to 200 tons.

o Ability to teardown semi-hermetic compressors and perform in-field repairs or determine reason for failure.

o Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair specialized systems such as Liebert equipment, Aaon units, Seasons 4 systems.

o Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair package units including large tonnage units such as Intellipaks
