The Role:
Our HVAC Install Leads are responsible for installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and other equipment following manufacture specifications and company requirements. Their priority is the customer, educating them on their new equipment and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.
HVAC Install Leads receive hourly pay between $24-35 with the additional perk of guaranteed 40 hours.
What You'll Do:
- Consistently represent yourself as a professional and as "industry knowledgeable" which will in return lead to new referrals and repeat business.
- Build a healthy relationship with field leadership, and peers.
- Maintain a complete understanding of diagrams, blueprints, and spec sheets to properly install equipment.
- Educate customers on their equipment.
- Properly run metal/duct board trunk lines, PVC flues, and b-vent metal flues.
- Set new furnaces, air handlers, and outdoor equipment.
- install and troubleshoot equipment (humidifiers, UV lights, return drops, filter racks, four-piece duct board transitions and metal transitions, etc.).
- Check charges, fire off, set up, and troubleshoot new equipment.
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Need:
- Proven Track Record in Heating and Cooling Systems
- 2+ years of Experience
- Strong Desire to Grow and Develop Your Team.
- EPA Certification
- High School Diploma/GED
