What does an Service Technician Lead do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Work directly with the customer to prepare the physical location for Coca-Cola products to be served ice cold! Responsible for filling in for the Service Supervisor when they are out, assist other technicians and coordinate with dispatch to ensure operations are running efficiently and customer needs are being met. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Report and key inventories accurately for business accountability
- Assist other technicians with support via phone or on-site
- Communicate with sales team and dispatch
- Relocate and move soda fountains
- Load machines and deliver for unloading at designated location
- Diagnose, repair and install fountain machines
- Ensure proper functionality (clean, test and repair equipment before and after installation) of machines for the consumer to use
- Maintain accurate parts inventory: Use handheld computer device to manage, document, stock, and change parts for quality assurance and excellent customer care
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or GED) required
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State required
- Technical aptitude to fix machines
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as per business need
Base pay range is $23.80 to $30.00 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
