Performance Pay based on $40 - 50 per hour

Primary Job Functions: Installing residential HVAC equipment in a mainly retrofit environment along with some light commercial and a few new construction projects every year. Responsibilities
What YOU will do:
- Work side-by-side the BEST technicians and installers in the industry!
- Lead a team in HVAC Installation projects
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ensure HVAC systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Two-five years of experience needed.
- Certification from a technical school a plus.
- Journeyman's License a plus.
- Maintain high safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work with mobile devices for communication with customers and office.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, contractors, wholesalers and customers.
- Meet requirements of pre-employment drug testing, pre-employment physical, maintain a valid driver's license and provide an MVR that is acceptable to our insurance company.
