We are looking for a HVAC Foreman to join our dedicated team. Our HVAC Foreman will assist with day-to-day contractor management. HVAC Foreman communicate updates via phone, text, and email, address ongoing escalations, manage issues regarding budget and timeline, and follow-up on existing orders within the assigned geographical market. For this role, we are looking for a HVAC Foreman with HVAC multifamily ground up experience that can provide guidance to the contractors in the field. Essential Duties and Responsibilities•Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment as required in the vehicle.•Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job.•Participate in company provided training opportunities and meetings•Wear proper PPE at all times and comply with all safety standards and processes.•Identify and report to Management all potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services).•Oversee a group of employees ensuring top quality work is produced on schedule, in budget, and most of all; safely everyday.•Provide clear and concise directions to Third Party Contractors utilizing multiple technology platforms and an in-depth understanding of various trades and maintenance scopes - specifically multifamily HVAC ground up projects.•Oversee costs of labor, equipment, and material to ensure the project stays within budget and meets IFM quality standards.•Manage labor negotiations and administration with field-based contractors.Requirements and Qualifications•2+ Years Related HVAC experience•Bilingual is a MUST•Teamwork Mentality•Adaptability and willingness to change•Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal•Ability to read blue prints•Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems•The ability to present solutions when presenting problems•Valid driver’s license and clean driving record•Valid social security number•Must be able to pass drug test(s) and background check as required by company•Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces.•Observe all company procedures and safety rules•Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required•Neat, professional appearanceBenefits:•401(k)•401(k) matching•Dental insurance•Health insurance•Life insurance•Paid time off•Vision insurance**This position will primarily be in the Waco TX area.**
