Job Description
- Work collaboratively with leadership team to draft employee job descriptions and fill open company positions
- Facilitate a positive experience for job candidates interviewing for company's opportunities and providing full on-boarding/training program to new hires and existing staff
- Create and manage employee files, along with Human Resources documentation and performance reviews
- Interview prospective employees and conduct reference checks prior to hiring
- Oversee payroll operations, PTO accruals and balances, employee attendance records and time off requests
- Manage state and Joint Commission regulations related to internal Human Resources protocols and employee personnel files
- Oversee aspects of program scheduling in coordination with Program Directors
- Assist with other projects when requested
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Experience in Behavioral Healthcare strongly preferred
