Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking Human Resources Support- Recruiting and Retention in support of the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.
- Manage recruitment and Retention efforts as a key member of a high-impact, fast-paced, high visibility team.
- Identify and address cyber workforce planning and management issues for recruitment and Retention.
- Build and review recruiting, hiring, and Retention procedures in accordance with current human resource policies.
- Review workforce trend data and ensuring leadership is aware of trends that may impact CROWS priorities.
- Define and integrate current and future mission environments as part of recruitment and Retention strategies.
- Assist with manpower planning, tracking, and reporting of hiring and personnel management activities related to CROWS manpower authorizations.
- Work with multiple AFLCMC personnel offices and functional leads to track and report execution of recruitment and Retention efforts.
- Track and provide summary reporting/briefings of AFLCMC’s progress in hiring and onboarding new personnel.
- Assist with DoD and DAF program/project analysis including the planning and organizing of program/project activities.
- Provide CROWS liaison functions to key personnel agencies (e.g. AFPC, Center CROWS representatives, personnel offices and functional leads).
- Clearance: Secret
- MA/MS and ten (10) years relevant work experience or
- BA/BS and twelve (12) years relevant work experience or
- Fifteen (15) years relevant work experience
- Specialized Knowledge and Experience Required:
- Ability to work well as part of a team and with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in recruiting, retention, and personnel actions.
- Willing to travel for recruitment events including college and job fairs.
- Senior executive briefing experience.
- Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, problem solving, critical and creative thinking, and multi-tasking.
