Human Resources Specialist/Office Aide

Job Description

Redeeming Light Wellness Center is seeking an HR Specialist to join our team in Baltimore, MD. This position will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

• Performing administrative and clerical functions for the HR Department.
• Assisting with recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Conducting background checks on new hires.
• Assisting with employee relations, including but not limited to onboarding, training, and development.
• Maintain work structure by posting employment ads, updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Performing data entry for all HR related records.
• Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience:
Required: 1 year of relevant experience in Human Resources or related field (HR Administration) 1 year of relevant experience in Mental/Behavioral Health Administrative field

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
