What you bring to the team...
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, Human Resources management or closely related field
- Experience working with executive level, highly sensitive and confidential information involving employee relations issues and HIPAA protect health information
- A desire and ability to foster a diverse and inclusive culture
- Experience utilizing personnel assessment tools such as the Culture Index, Strength Finder, etc.
- An ability to find, recruit, and engage exceptionally talented people for key positions
- An engaging, welcoming, and mindful approach to onboarding new team members
- An ability to address and resolve employee dynamics to ensure their satisfaction and professional growth
- SHRM-CP or PHR Certification preferred Proficient in HRIS (iSolved preferred)
What your day will look like....
- Developing and implementing culture building employee engagement activities that promote workplace harmony and team growth.
- Actively seeking, engaging, and recruiting talented individuals who align with our culture to fill positions.
- Reviewing and screening applications to ensure their qualification, conducting initial phone screenings, and collaborating with department directors to arrange technical and culture interviews.
- Gaining mastery with the Culture Index assessment and utilizing it to design successful teams, maximize potential and harmony, and ensure we have the "right fit for the right seat."
- Inputting weekly, monthly, and annual metrics to track HR department success.
- Being accountable to KPIs such as employee satisfaction, employee turnover, and unfilled positions.
- Walking new employees through the onboarding processes in a way that makes them feel welcomed, comfortable, and prepared.
- Ensuring employee files are complete, up to date, and compliant with licensing agencies audit standards.
- Administering benefits to new hires and leading annual open enrollment.
- Ensuring policies and procedures are compliant with applicable employment laws, including but not limited to COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, FLSA, ADA etc.
- Conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
