Job Description
Provides specialized support for human resource related operations. Communicates human resource services, initiatives, and programs. Manages daily support activity for Human Resources including the maintenance of employee information. Identifies and participates in human resource policy and program development in partnership with senior consultants and other human resource staff.
- Acts as a team player in leading Human Resource practices and objectives that will provide a high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and retention of a superior workforce
- Acts as Administrator for kudos! recognition platform, to include responding to questions, points requests, awarding points to Associate of the Quarter, Leader of the Quarter, and Associate of the Year
- Participates in Achievers quarterly calls, generates communications for Patient Satisfaction, holiday messages, etc.
- and runs reports as needed
- Oversees and coordinates Associate of the Quarter, Leader of the Quarter, and Associate of the Year recognition programs, to include gathering nominations and overseeing campus selections
- Works closely with Campus Recognition Champions providing support and oversight to ensure recognition programs are timely and appropriately executed at each facility
- Coordinates and oversees service award celebrations to include campus celebrations and annual off-site banquet
- Tracks, coordinates, and schedules Associate recognition events as needed for retirement celebrations and other celebrations such as Hospital Week and holiday meals
