This position is located in the United States (U.S.) Mint San Francisco facility. As a Human Resources Specialist (Employee and Labor Relations) you will oversee the effective management of the Employee and Labor Relations (E/LR) program for an industrial operation employing employees in a wide variety of occupations including professional, administrative, technical, clerical and trades and crafts.
Qualifications: You must meet the following requirements within 14 days of the closing date of this announcement.The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service.
Specialized experience for this position includes, providing advice and assistance , program administration, research and case management in matters related to Employee Relations involving conduct, performance, attendance, and dispute resolution.
In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-13 you must have been at the GS-12level for 52 weeks.
