HR Representative - Home Building
We are in search of a meticulously organized individual who is enthusiastic about a dynamic role as a Human Resources Representative. In this position, you will play a crucial part in implementing, sustaining, and advancing our company culture by fostering effective employee relations.
Responsibilities:
- Execute advanced, varied, and confidential administrative tasks, showcasing a profound understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Address routine employee inquiries promptly, troubleshoot concerns, and provide support to employees under the guidance of the Division President and Corporate HR.
- Collaborate with Corporate HR and Talent Acquisition throughout the recruitment process, encompassing posting and overseeing job ads, and conducting interviews with division management teams.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, managing new hire requisitions, onboarding, pre-employment screenings, employee offboarding, and terminations in conjunction with Corporate HR.
- Serve as the division safety liaison, organizing field and office safety training initiatives.
- Work closely with the Division President to organize division events, HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 2 years of HR experience
- Desire to increase job knowledge and grow in the Home Building industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
