Essential Functions:
- Collects, reviews and analyzes data and prepares plant dashboard reports, charts, and other presentation materials utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, or specialized software
- Prints daily production reports and shift reports for supervisors
- Assist with timecard approvals, and maintain attendance tracking
- Assist with sourcing, interviewing and scheduling candidates for hire
- Point of contact for new hires; assist with onboarding and conducts onboarding presentations to include safety training for new employees
- Safety Administration and record keeping
- Prepares and distributes reports or other communications on a regular schedule
- Maintains files, databases, and archives of relevant records
- Screens calls and responds to or routes routine inquiries from external or internal sources with appropriate correspondence or other messaging
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Computer literacy
- Adobe, MS and understanding of new systems
- Multi-tasking – ability to pivot quickly
- Experience with vendor relationships
- Good communication skills written and verbal communication
- Editing and proofreading
Education and Experience:
0-1 years of administrative responsbility or administrative training program completed
0-1 years HR administrative experience as well as exposure to safety administration
High School diploma or equivalent
