Job Description
Duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Maintains employee records, ensuring completion and accuracy of details such as employee contact information, job classification, pay rates, organizational structure, and other key details.
- Performs administrative and recordkeeping tasks related to staffing changes, which may include layoffs, resignations, terminations, and extended leaves of absence.
- Assists with the administration of employee benefits, which may include collecting and submitting employee information and notice of change in status
- Conducts or assists with record audits and mandatory reports.
- Complete all necessary on-boarding and new hire process.
- Maintains logs and records as appropriate.
- Create HR related paperwork and maintains HR related files for documentation purposes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include:
- Prior experience preferred
- Organized individual with the ability to multitask
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Computer knowledge in excel, word and outlook
- Bilingual is a plus but not necessary
