HR Representative II

What You Will Do:

• Support the business with day-to-day HR activities
• Provide support to the HR team and leaders on HR mega processes (merit, bonus payouts, etc)
• Utilize Workday data to drive business recommendations and build scorecards/analytics for headcount purposes
• Supports the recruiting processes, partners with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to ensure the successful onboarding of new employees
• Answers questions from employees on HR related items
• Manages Workday transactions for the HR functions and ensures data accuracy

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 3+ years of applicable work experience in Human Resources or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Immigration sponsorship and relocation are not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
• Prior experience with Workday
• Proven ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
• Proven people agility and ability to navigate through ambiguity
