What You Will Do:
- Support the business with day-to-day HR activities
- Provide support to the HR team and leaders on HR mega processes (merit, bonus payouts, etc)
- Utilize Workday data to drive business recommendations and build scorecards/analytics for headcount purposes
- Supports the recruiting processes, partners with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to ensure the successful onboarding of new employees
- Answers questions from employees on HR related items
- Manages Workday transactions for the HR functions and ensures data accuracy
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3+ years of applicable work experience in Human Resources or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
- Prior experience with Workday
- Proven ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
- Proven people agility and ability to navigate through ambiguity
