As a Human Resources Generalist, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:

• Support all HR functions, including: recruitment, hiring, onboarding, retention, and employee development
• Administer HR plans and procedures, assist with the development and implementation of personnel policies, and maintain employee handbook
• Manage recruitment efforts, conduct new hire orientations and monitor career pathing programs
• Oversee compensation program
• Maintain HR Information System and ensure compliance with federal/state employment regulations

A few must-haves for Human Resources Generalists:

• Bachelor's degree, or 3 years of Human Resources recruitment experience
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR recruitment, ideally in healthcare (Jr level/will train)
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR practices and home care regulations
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and computer software proficiency
