We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team! In this role, you will recruit for Support Center (corporate) positions, while also providing essential support to the Talent Acquisition team, contributing to the efficient and effective recruitment of top-tier talent. This role will gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes and administrative functions, and reports to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Credentialing. This is not a remote position - it is based at our Support Center in beautiful Boca Raton, FL.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation and posting of job descriptions across various platforms
- Utilize various sourcing channels to identify potential candidates for Support Center positions, including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and iCIMS ATS
- Screen resumes/applications and conduct initial phone screens to ensure alignment with job requirements; making the decision to present candidate to hiring manager or disposition accordingly
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing logistical support to ensure a smooth process
- Provide onsite support during the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Ensure completion of employment applications and assist with background and reference checks
- Enter new hire forms and send welcome/training emails to new employees
- Coordinate training for new hires
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to understand recruitment needs, with routine touch points for status updates on open requisitions
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates on their application status
- Manage candidate databases and applicant tracking system log-ins
- Coordinate conference attendance, including registering and securing booths, booking hotels and travel, mailing and receiving recruitment collateral, and entering contacts into ATS
- Book career fairs and lunch and learns at preferred schools and coordinate travel and shipment of collateral
- Track expenses for temporary employees and agency hires
- Book candidate and new hire travel, as needed
- Coordinate and track Dental Assistant Externships between schools and Sage offices
- Attend job fairs and conferences as needed
- Assist with other TA or Credentialing projects as needed
- Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1-3 years’ experience in Recruiting or Human Resources, with experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System
- Must be extremely organized and process oriented with the ability to maintain attention to detail while multi-tasking
- Customer-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and Outlook required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to foster and build relationships with internal and external customers
- Ability to maintain composure when facing change or working under pressure
- Ability to travel as needed
